I cannot change, move or cancel a booking. This is an independent guide, not a tour operator and not a ticket seller, so nothing you have booked exists in any system I can reach. For a booking, use the confirmation email GetYourGuide sent you; for a ticket bought from the museum, use the museum’s own site. I also cannot get you into a sold-out slot. Nobody can. There are 180 places in each one and that is the whole story — booking in advance explains the rest.

Whether you need a ticket at all, which of the five tours suits what you are actually after, and anything about the two-hour slot.
